Key Responsibilities:

Analyze laws in relation to the situation of the client
Counsel clients about the laws and options
Prepare legal documents
Examination of a legal agreement before it is signed to ensure that everything stated in the document is clear and accurate
Registration of the commercial legal entity and branch/representative office with state body
Explaining complex legal issues in a clear and informative manner. Able to prepare for and, also handle a heavy caseload with deadlines.
Researching and interpreting laws that are relevant to any current ongoing client cases.
Coming up with innovative and unique solutions to complex legal problems.
