Electrical Engineer with 2 year solid experience in electrical design, preparation of
technical documentation, material procurement, and project execution. Experienced
in managing electrical projects, coordinating small teams, and developing Bills of
Quantities (BoQs) and cost estimates for electrical installations. Proficient in
AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office applications.
Holding both Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Power Electrical Engineering from
Azerbaijan State Oil and Industrial University, with studies completed in English.
Strong organizational, communication, and negotiation skills, with a proven ability to
work effectively in teams, manage responsibilities, and deliver high-quality projects
within deadlines.
Electrical Works: Installation of electrical distribution boards, generator,power distribution, lighting systems,
switches, socket outlets, protective devices, and associated power cabling.
Low-Current (ELV) Systems: Installation of structured cabling infrastructure, CCTV, fire alarm, intercom and
data network systems as required by the project.
Cable Infrastructure: Installation of cable containment systems, conduits, cable trays, trunking, cable pulling,
terminations, labeling, and testing.
Testing & Commissioning: Functional testing of all electrical and ELV systems, preparation of as-built
documentation, and successful handover to the client.
Managed the selection, technical evaluation, and approval process of electrical materials in collaboration with
clients and suppliers.

Preparing quality assurance documents and shop-drawing
