PART-TIME PERSONAL SECRETARY (IN-PERSON)

Work Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM (4 hours daily)
- Sunday off

Job Description:
- We are looking for a female personal secretary to assist in managing an online business, specifically a Shopify store.
- The role requires in-person presence during working hours at the employer’s apartment in Baku.

Responsibilities:
- Manage daily tasks of a Shopify store
- Confirm and process daily orders
- Maintain records of tracking IDs for all shipments
- Manage customer order and payment schedules
- Communicate in English (read/write) for emails and order details
- Assist in basic online work and documentation
