Profex Group is seeking candidates for the full-time position of Sales Manager.
Job Description:
- Managing sales through phone calls using both local and international client databases
- Conducting meetings with current and potential clients
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients
- Negotiating and signing contracts
- Promoting and selling additional services (e.g., sponsorship packages, marketing services)
- Developing project concepts (exhibitions)
- Preparing effective sales materials and presentations
- Processing and organizing databases for sales activities
- Supporting project promotion efforts, including website content preparation, organizing related events, and executing direct mail and email campaigns
- Ensuring timely collection of payments
- Coordinating activities with marketing, technical, and administrative teams
- Preparing post-event reports and analytics
- 5 days in a week.

Requirements:
- Fluency in Azerbaijani, English, and Russian (both spoken and written)

- Proven experience in a similar role is essential
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Internet, etc.)
- Willingness to travel within Azerbaijan and internationally
- Deep understanding of client needs and market trends
- Goal-oriented and proactive mindset
- Professional, respectful, and ethical approach in dealing with clients
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Flexible, cooperative, and team-oriented attitude
- Highly motivated, disciplined, and detail-oriented.
